Unquestionably the system of taxation that prevails is unfair and unbalanced in its targetting.
So what is the overburdened, overtaxed labourer supposed to do about all this? Any suggestions....? Anyone.....?

I like a lot of what he says but he is a little sloppy with the facts regarding taxes. The rich still pay the most total income tax, even with payroll taxes included.

Taxing high wage income is way to volatile. Just think if we counted on all of the high commission earning real estate agents for our revenue?

Stick with the land value and natural resource tax.

The twice mortgaged Baby Boomers home owners and Landlords who receive middle class welfare enriching themselves on Fresh government infulstructure spending from taxes of low income working poor and future generations who may still be renting, as stimulus package for amenities that increase their market holdings, while claiming depreciation and negative gearing on property?

    Sounds Fair?

In response to Caroline Cunningham's comment, Fred Harrison has the answer in his books Ricardo's Law, and Silver Bullet. Both excellent reads and very thought-provoking.

    Caroline cunningham,

Please ignore Gennevieve Farfegnuggen suggestion to Read Fred Harrison's Book.

Gennevieve Farfegnuggen means well but she doesn't know better.

Fred is partially right, and bless him he is very very close to the truth. (Sorry Fred)

Rather than tax land to fund government we should:

(Hold on now, here is the trillion dollar solution)

Recognize three types of citizens, economically:

    A. Net-Displacers (holding more than a share of land)
    B. Net-Displacees (holding less than a share of land)
    C. Net-Zeros (holding only one share of land.)

Uncompensating Net-Displaceres should be forced by law to become Compensating Net-Displaceres.

    My plan (the Golden Bullet)

1st of the Month: Collect Net-Displacers fees from all Net-Displaceres.
2nd of the Month: Compensate all Net-Displacees
3rd of the Month: allow Government to pick up the scraps via a flat poll tax. This money could then by used to bail out Jewish Billionears bankers, fight wars for Israel, and over all, create social programs that will effectively Genocide the white race.

by combining steps 1 and steps 3, (the silver bullet) Georgism (single tax) plants the seeds of its own undoing.

"Tax" is boring to all but economists.
"Tax' is intimidating to all but accountants.
"Tax" is stealing to all be the keen Georgist.
"Tax" is seemingly redundant to all be the trained mathematician.
"Meet the new tax, same as the old tax."
You can't start a revolution based on imposing a tax.
Its TOO BORING, INTIMIDATING, SEEMINGLY-REDUNDANT, AND JUST PLAIN NOT SEXY.

Now "Free land credit for all." is Sexy.
"Free land credit for all" is something worth dying for.

No revolution was ever born or prevailed to impose a new tax!!!!!!

This is why it is absolutely critical as a PR move to delineate steps 1 (Collecting Net-Displacers fees) and step 3 (funding government.)

By leaving out step two; (direct monthly compensation to Net-Displacees.) you leave out the CRITICAL MASS of JUST-CAUSE ANGER necessary for any REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE.

The "Silver Bullet' will never leave Fred's Holster because like I said, it's BORING!!!!!!!
Not to mention, intimidating, misguided and funds the destruction of the white race.

My Golden bullet, Bell-Georgism is built on Solid Soil, LITERALLY.
Join me. Consider it Georgism 2.0
