  We should not be taxing the rich. We should not be trying to shift a tax burden. There should BE NO tax burden.
  
  Most national governments in European and European descent nations are firmly in the hand of Jewish interests and dedicated to the genocide of the white race on EVERY ISSUE. From so called Hate-speech laws, to need less trillion wars for Israel, to open borders for all White nation, and only white nations, to legalize abortion, forced integration etc.
  
  Very little good can be said on our national governments. Tax burdens just feed the beast that is killing us.
  
  Now... but to the solution to poverty.
  
  Simple cut to the problem, and correct it.
  
  Force Uncompensating Net-Displacers to start Compensating their Displacees.
  
  Read my comments all over this web site and you will see that I have the best plan.
  Its called Bell-Georgism or the Three-Day plan.
  
  Funding evil Governments should be the last priority.
  
  Securing justice should be the first and second.
